Our Business

This family owned business was started in 1999. Prior to 1999 Arthur Cocchiaro, owner, worked for Caldor Stores for 18 years
as a HVAC lead technician.  Prior to that he was service manager for Environmental Maintenance Corp. a commercial HVAC service and installation company for 16 years. He started his own  HVAC business with Kohl's Department Stores as his first customer.  Art~Co Services, LLC now services over 200 retail and commercial locations, throughout Connecticut.
